The Gospel is be preached to the whole world until He comes at the end of the age (Matt 24:14; 28:19-20). His plan is to redeem all who believe in Him from every nation and tribe and language and people (Rev 14:6).
These are the four stages of God’s plan:
Preparation for Worldwide Witness (Acts 1:1 ff)
Witness of the Church in Jerusalem (Acts 2:1 ff)
Witness of the Church in Judea and Samaria (Acts 8:1 ff)
Witness to Antioch and the end of the earth (Acts 13:1 ff)
