Dr. Stover served as Editor of Publications for World-Wide Bible Institutes. He was trained in the Zeth Business College, Otterbein College, Philadelphia School of the Bible and Evangelical College and Seminary. He served pastorates in the U.S. and Canada. Dr. Stover taught in the Bible Institute of Pennsylvania, London Bible Institute, Buffalo Bible Institute, Piedmont Bible College, and Manna Bible Institute. He served as editor of Adult Publications for Baptist Publications (Denver) for many years. Dr. Stover authored many Bible and Christian Education courses.
